Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Use the service only for lawful real-estate and business purposes.

AI-assisted estimates—not professional advice

NexGen Wholesale Desk organizes research and produces estimates for acquisition screening. It is not an appraisal, inspection, title report, contractor bid, legal opinion, lending decision, or promise of profit. Verify comparable sales, property condition, square footage, permits, title, zoning, repair scope, and all offer numbers with qualified local professionals before relying on them.

Public records and home-search sources can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or wrong. NexGen does not currently claim a direct MLS feed. When comp evidence is insufficient, the service may require a manual CMA while still providing a preliminary rehab estimate.

Free access and subscriptions

New accounts receive three lifetime property analyses free, with no credit card required. Free access does not automatically convert to a paid plan.

Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Plan limits reset each billing period; unused analyses do not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges—the service pauses new analyses when the limit is reached until renewal or upgrade. You can cancel online through Plans & billing → Manage membership. Unless otherwise shown at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Eligible customers may be offered a one-cycle billing pause or 10% off one monthly invoice. Each offer is limited to one use per membership, has no cash value, and cannot be combined during an active billing pause. A billing pause waives one renewal invoice while access remains available, then collection resumes automatically.

Payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or approved in our discretion. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. Prices, limits, and features may change prospectively with reasonable notice.

Promotions and referrals

Promo and referral credits have no cash value and may be limited to eligible new subscriptions. NexGen may withhold or reverse credits involving duplicate, self-referred, fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or abusive activity and may change or end a promotion prospectively.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, notes, and other content you submit. You give NexGen and its service providers permission to host, process, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade plan limits, interfere with security, scrape or resell the service, upload malicious material, impersonate others, or use outputs to discriminate unlawfully. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

Availability and warranties

The service may change or be interrupted, and third-party sources may become unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties that every result will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular transaction.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexGen Wholesale Desk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or a real-estate decision. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.

Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service at any time; we may terminate access for material violations. Tennessee law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
