Information we collect

When you sign in, we receive account details supplied through ChatGPT, such as your name, email address, and a stable account identifier. We also store information you choose to enter or save, including property addresses, listing links, property facts, walkthrough notes, uploaded photos, analyses, pipeline deals, buy-box settings, feedback, likes, referral activity, promo codes, and usage counts.

First-party conversion tracking records limited funnel events such as a homepage visit, sign-in click, account creation, completed analysis, checkout start, or activated subscription. These records store the funnel step and timestamp so the owner can understand product adoption. This tracking does not store IP addresses, browsing history, property details, or card information.

Stripe processes payments and billing details. NexGen Wholesale Desk does not store your complete card number. Technical information needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting may also be processed when you use the service.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the service, create and save property analyses, calculate plan usage, process subscriptions and referral credits, notify the owner when a new account is created, provide support, communicate about your account, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Service providers

We share information only as needed to run the service. OpenAI processes analysis prompts, property details, notes, and submitted images to generate AI-assisted results. Stripe processes subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, and billing credits. Resend processes new-account owner notifications and feedback email delivery. Our hosting and storage providers process application data and private uploads on our behalf.

Property photos and third-party information

Only upload photos and information you have the right to use. Property research may organize facts and links from public records and public home-search sources. Those third-party services have their own privacy practices, and their information may be incomplete or outdated.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and service data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated application data. Please send the request from the email address connected to your account. Some billing, transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained.

Your choices

You can remove individual saved leads from your pipeline, manage payment details and cancel a paid plan through Plans & billing, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

NexGen Wholesale Desk is a business service intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
